Meadowfoam Soap is handmade by me, Nina, a non-binary recovering landscape architect who cares about beauty and delight in everyday life, and feeling connected body and soul to the sensual, botanical and geological world around you.

Meadowfoam Soap is made the ancient way, by mixing plant oils and lye with all-natural materials, in our studio on the west side of Los Angeles.

Meadowfoam (Limnanthes alba) is a wildflower that grows in vernal meadows in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. Cultivation of this native plant requires no irrigation.

The oil pressed from the seeds is highly anti-oxidizing and beautifully moisturizing without being oily.

MeadowFoam Soap is super-fatted with this oil, to leave your skin soft, silky and never dry.
